Plaza Park is a 1-acre downtown park located on 1st Street between E and D Streets, featuring seating and picnic benches. It is situated adjacent to the Bok Kai Temple, a protected historic California landmark listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Plaza Park is open from 30 minutes before sunrise to 30 minutes after sunset. It is illegal to be in the park between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
