Facilities
Located just west of Ellis Lake at 10th and E Streets, Washington Square is a 2.1-acre park. It is home to the Cotton Rosser Bronze Monument and offers a pleasant space with picnic tables and benches beneath mature trees. The Four2Nine Building, the renovated former City Hall Annex, is located within the park and is used by Yuba County Office of Education (YCOE) for Parks and Recreation efforts.

Washington Square Park is open from 30 minutes before sunrise to 30 minutes after sunset. It is illegal to be in the park between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
